Ruby and Adora is a bilingual story and activity book about the first day of school for a little girl who has moved to a new military duty station with her parents. Like many children, Ruby is excited and also a little nervous about going to a new school. She is concerned if she will make any friends at the new school. Not only does Ruby make friends, but she also experiences a new language. The book includes activity pages that focus on learning both English and Spanish as well as enhancing comprehension and writing skills.
